Bs?

I don't own a scanner - and frankly don't care if you believe me or not. I used the radar tech ideas in the book - and it worked for me.(technology is technology no matter where you live - all radar guns are pretty much the same technology and the book goes into quite a bit of detail - helps create reasonable doubt)

get the book yerself and open your mind - you might learn something here. If not - just get a refund - delete my post - ban me from your site - whatever! no harm - no foul. Just thought i would share.

PS - my cop couldn't prove his gun was properly calibrated/accurate - so i won. maybe I was just lucky eh?

Does anyone know if the red light cameras are set to catch the left turns on a dedicated light left turn?(where you can only make a left turn when the left turn arrow is green)?

i know this is old and done now, but people...do not make this mistake! if you agree that you waive your right to a speedy trial, you cannot argue at a later date that there was unreasonable time delay! that defence is void and cannot be used because you are waiving it! look to a profesional to be able ot file the proper paperwork for these cases.

I just wrote an article for OntarioTicket.com, entitled Motor vehicle Lighting Laws in Ontario. It gives a full rundown of all required, restricted, and prohibited lights for motor vehicles in Ontario. If you drive a vehicle in Ontario, you should probably check this out!
