i did it once in my g/f's crx when i was turning at the light into my street and i didnt see the undy infront of me....so he was like i'll give u careless driving im like wow???for what???then i started talking to him bout some stuff...was an older cop too so after his like i'll give you two tickets one for muffler and one for squealing tires...

might as well pay it, fak no points, why even waste the time, and if you do fight it and lose, you might end up paying it anyways. And mostly likely they would show up to court

If you really can't afford to pay the ticket get a first attendence meeting and they will ask you about the situation, and tell them what happened and they will tell you one of two things 1) they will say this is stupid and say get out of here this ticket is garbage (has happend to me on 2 occaisions) 2) they will send you in front of the justice of the peace and tell you to pleed guilty with an explenation and ask for the fine to be lowerd they will usually drop their 115 dollar (bullshit tickets is what i call them) to 50 bucks

you can get out of any ticket. i got nailed on highway nine. 128 in an 80.
i went to the first hearing where i was told by a court attorney that i was facked, considering it was point number 16. i slapped the bitch and i fought it, paid 250 for the lawyer, it was a year long process, still driving of course. I got off, no points, no fine, no suspension, no retesting, nothin. and the cocksuckin piggy showed up for court that day.

the moral. fight every point adding offense. it will always get reduced. unless you like getting ed in the **** by your insurance company.
