I got nailed doing 126 in a 50 zone, when cop pulled me over, i didnt even have my seat belt on, when he came back, my ticket did not have a value, I had something even better.. COURT DATE AND TIME TO APPEAR... i pleaded guilty, reduced it to 4 points and $ 375 plus tax... i could of had my licence suspended.

My 'worst' ticket was a wimpy 95 in a 50; got it reduced to 29 over. I've done much worse, but I've been lucky and haven't got caught...

The day before I was supposed to deliver my zx6-r to its new owner back in 2002, I went out for *one last* ride and was doing the ramps on hwy 7 and 16th ave. Going southbound from the 16th ramp onto 404, I opened it up and hit 220 while splitting lanes. I let off the throttle and coasted from the 407 turnoff onwards and was doing about 110 when an undercover METRO (in york region??) cop pulled me over. He jumped out and said "WHAT THE FCK do you think you are doing?" I sat on the barrier on the hwy7 exit while he went back to his car to give me the ticket of my life. He came back and told me that he could charge with me with dangerous driving (criminal offense), but we started talking and he basically told me that he was young and dumb before too.. and that he got charged with the same thing back when he was a kid, which prompted him to sell his bike and probably prevented him from dying on a bike. So he got all father-like with me and said he was doing the same thing for me - saving my life. Of course Im looking all sad and nodding my head the whole time. He ended up giving me a careless driving charge (no set fine - court appearance - 6pts), which means that he probably didnt have a radar gun on me at the time and just saw the weaving between lanes. Careless driving is one of the easiest tickets to beat b/c of the things that the crown must prove. It cost me $250 for my ticket fighter to beat that one and Ive been clean since hehee.

Was on the 410 going south, cop sitting under the bridge at Queen St. I was doing 160kmh and I saw him out of the corner of my eye and slammed my brakes on. He clocked me at 154 and reduced it to 149,the maximum speeding fine. I took it to court and had it reduced from 149kmh,4 points and $360 to 129, 3 points and $114.
