The turbo he has is a Garrett T03 w/.48 turbine, is it really inefficient at anything above 18psi! What intercooler are you using btw?
The 2.2L (what he has) are for the most part fine with stock pistons, the 2.5L is where you have problems (why everyone upgrades), this is what I've built but of course I put a set of Wiseco's in there.
I hope you got that moly plate for the trans or a traction device of somekind. Either that or balance the front-end as well.
Bud, I think your goal is a little high, 11's in that car will take some serious HP and with that turbo it's impossibe IMHO. What does that head flow?

Well with the right porting the turbo should be fine about 18 psi. common it runs 15 psi stock what's a couple more psi gonna hurt. For a traction device balance the front end yes. I said might run with slicks and high boost. did i say what would be in the car no nothin in it one seat boost cranked insane ya it could be done. and i dont no what the head flows never got a flow sheet. And beaner are u goin to be out this year. Ive been waiting for this car of yours for a couple years.

I was out a little last year, got the new trans/clutch in, destroyed the old 4-puck.
Your computer calibration needs to get junked, the S60 computer is programmed for specific S60 parts and you will either wash the motor down or not have enough fuel for that kind of boost. Many vendors now offer really good calibrations, I got mine done by Paul V. (gave my head flow sheet, overbore, cam, etc) Car ran awesome with 6-8psi on the wastegate spring.
Anyway I wish ya good luck but even I with way more work done than you am hoping for mid 12's on DR's.

Just because you "can" crank that turbo up to 25 psi, doesn't mean it's efficient there....

what are you extra gay this week? just because i didnt mention something right away you have to comment on it? the turbo on my car which is 45 minutes away from me i nstorage right now is a t3o4b, yeah just a pee shooter but its a little 50 trim that performs very well. something much much bigger is going on there this year if i get around to wanting to work on the car. and what is it you drive again and how big is your turbo?
