That is true, the wheels do look smaller but that's because there's more body going around it. It's up to you Joe, I do think the car would look better with the ground effects but I'm not sure if they'll effect you on the drag strip. The only thing to worry about them on daily driving is the front air dam that scoops up air into the radiator. That was the only part that would scrape on my '94, the rest wasn't really a problem and with your engine you need as much air cooling it as possible so you wouldn't be able to keep your stock one which is why I'm voting no on the gfx.
