How should I lower my car??

I have a 98 4 door Neon, its got 16 inch wheels and low pro tires on it so there is massive wheel gaps (especially in the rear). its pissing me off

Right now my suspension is completely stock. I think I wanna drop atleast 1.5 "

Im looking into it and I've seene goldline springs, Eibach Springs, different types of coil overs, but I dont no what to go with!

whats the best way to go lower without the extreme sloppy bouncing and bottoming out from the rear that Im seeing which is really hurt.

got any advice??

depends how much money you want to spend on the suspenion. I have Tein Coilovers and I lovwe them, my car handles great for fwd. I have never bottomed out, and it is never sloppy

go for some good lowering springs and a good set of shocks if you doing a 1.5 drop some kybs should be a good combination to keep the cost down
