Hey yall, I have a 700R4 transmission in my 93 Camaro. The car is kicking out about 450 HP. My goal is around 650-850 RWHP.

I have to have my transmission rebuild because it cant handle the power as of now and I lost reverse. I have a friend that told me that he will rebuild it if I get the parts for $700.

I know that Im going to get a stall, shift kit, and an automatic transmission cooler. I just need to know what parts are what and how much.

you need an input shaft, sun gear carrier, all gears and clutches, a torque converter (there is no such part as a stall that is what it does it sounds like a ricer talking about nawws when you call it that sorry) his labor is alot high, you can buy a complete trans for what you will have into it (you will spend over a grand in parts over the counter, and may have nothing better than a stock trans)

Well Ive always been told that it was a Stall Converter. To tell the truth, Ive even heard it from professional transmission companies. I also dont say nawws, I say nitrous.

Well you obiously know a bit about them Archemedes, why cant you just tell me what parts to get? I know you did already but I mean more specific.

if it is inside the trans replace it, you need the hardened shaft and what not, or just get one done for a bit over a grand
