so doing any cat back is restrictive (even though the 4th gen cats flow extremely well)

that doesn't make any sense, yes the stock manifolds and y-pipe are restrictive and to get the best possible numbers should be replaced but to say that a catback or a muffler is restrictive because you are running it w/ the rest of your oem equipment is crazy. it would be more correct to say your exhaust system is still restricting, not the catback or muffler is restrictive

1: when i got my ram air hood i noticed a nice difference in throttle response and a few more horses..do intake, exhaust, suspension, and juice...lots and lots of juice

2: just take care of the weather stripping
