fuel types?

ok aarontracy and 1badz...both you guys screwed up.
aaron: using premium on a regular basis does absolutely nothing. it will not improve your performance, it will very very slightly increase your mpg and very very slightly reduce the chance of detonation, but since they are such discrete increases/reductions its not at all worth it.
1badz: on the lt1 using regular has the opposite affect as aarons booboo. it will hurt your performance, reduce your mpg, and increase the risk of detonation...have fun

you only need enough octane to stop detonation (110 is overkill for a mostly stock motor) but many premium fuels have better detergents for the injectors so it doesn't hurt to run a tank every once in a while
