Got some money to blow need ideas

I hear that NOS is the way to go for cheap power, but I think I would rather have a tried and true NA engine. That way there are less things to go wrong, and the car doesn't need to worry about blowing gaskets and valves etc etc that comes with such a huge surge of power. Just my personal opinion. I would opt for the head, intake, and cam myself.

nitrous= cheap horsepower.lol. dont think ricers are stupid for always getting nitrous. they might be stupid for getting just the bottle for looks or bolting a 200 shot on a stock civic, but they know how to save money i guess you can say.lol

Nitrous will save you money in more ways then one. Look at it like this, if you build a badass NA engine it will always burn a large amount of fuel and if you use a big enough head/cam combo you will have hard a time running the car on the street. With nitrous you only use it when you need it and you can have a very tamed street legal car with a 300 shot waiting in the bottle that can crush almost anything on the street.

But a motor built for a 300 shot will not be a very good street motor- nor will street tires be able to handle that big of a shot-
BTW- most people who have a car that is powerful enough to take out just about anything on the street don't drive it daily- so if its not your DD, who cares about MPG- I sure don't!!
