Yeah, the price on the LS1's has dropped so much... People don't realize it... So many people overlook them because they think they could never afford one, but if you stop and think about it... You probably could...

Again, just an idea...

The only reasons I see to go with an LT1 these days is if you have owned one in the past and are already loyal and heartset on an LT1(Joe aka RiceKillr)...
or if insurance is really that much cheaper on one

I don't thing insurance would be different based on the engine lt to ls, but many use value and a newer car is usually going to be worth more than an older one

I had a 95 3.4L camaro man it was a V6 but I loved it so much it had a K&N air intake, Flowmaster Catback exhaust, and a few other little things it was a 5 speed it was my dreamcar then one night i was driving a little to fast and went right through a dead end. It was totaled I have never been so pissed in my life But after i settled down I looked around for a car it took me 3 months but I bought a 95 Black Z28 with corvette ZR1 wheels, Intake, underdrive pully system, Flowmaster exhaust, high flow cat, B&M Short Shift kit, Billit Grill, Hypertech comp upgrade and more now, Im GLAD I WREAKED MY V6 here is my new car.
