I believe it would still be cheaper to mod the 8 for the best result.

I'd just get a v8 and be done with it. Your talking about dumping all this money into your 6, only to get it up to par with a stock v8.

Get a v8, sell the 6, put the same mods on a v8 and it'll be impressive. The only reason I keep my 6 (other than it being so far modified that it wouldnt be worth selling) is because I like to beat v8's and laugh saying mines a 6.

Well i would like to do that to^^^ lol and i have a couple of times. But i think its been said before we really dont no the total power that this motor has. I am crazy about my car and its motor but i want it to be a beast. O yeah and the mileage is 76,000

Your just talking about having to drop double the money for half the horsepower into the car pretty much. Hence the reason I recommend a v8.

do you want to be able to drive the car regularly? if so forget a 500hp v6, reliability will be a big issue (there are very few real 500hp street cars out there, and most of them still are not as reliable as a mild car)
