Is my tranny messed up?

ok so i just got the new mount today, and im good to go to install it on thursday, anybody know of what kind of tools i need for this?? do i need something to hold up the transmission when i take the mount off?

yea so i finally got the mount.. get this.. 2 bucks
BRAND NEW stock one.. 2 bucks!? the guy at the local auto shop said that there was a glitch in the computer and he was too lazy to fix it lol.. how awsome is that? shoulda got like six
