It would change everything almost. Bottom end is what gets almost all the wear and tear. The only thing that moves on the top end is the valves. It would basically be a new motor.

Sure thing bro, if you dont care if you have a stick or an auto then u might as well look for a 3rd gen with a 350 in it already. So that way you can reuse the block and just have it bored 30 over and rebuild the bottom end (if you plan on doing that donno if you wanna buy a whole new bottom end or build it still havent told us )
