My buddy rearended someone and the guy he hit got charged because what happened is the guy made a wide right turn so into the left lane. my buddy going down the left lane catching a yellow (not to fast) and smacked right into the back of him. But the guy wasnt like totally straight after his turn so when he got his he spun out like 180 degrees into opposing traffic. Cop believed the story and charged the guy with careless.

Well its settled... Im down under with 1100.. I saw the reciept, it was faxed 2 me.. Now i gotta hear back from my car... I only have 1100, so now im scared to see how much mine is going to cost.
