yah man 4 sure my hatch is nothing special at all its a eg with some dr's on rota slips with no interior...lmao and if u ever wanna go to the track let me know im from up north so..lol and its all in good fun...to see what hapens..im thinking about doing cams this year...all its got its a stg 2 clutch right now and some cam gears...and full cai..and chipped ecu with v tec at 4500 and no fuel cut

A k20 eg does run 12's but I'm quite sure you're gonna have to use slicks.
And you can get a turbo d for $2k but you gotta get good deals when sourcing parts and you have to tune it yourself. But you can get a gutted eg hatch running 12's or less for 4k more or less. (Again, Turbo D).
And, 13psi on a turbo d running vitara's will probably only get you into the 13's and 14's due to the low compression. People usually run around 19-25+psi.

k20 egs run 12s no problem... mark from splitfire's, k20 eg ran an 11.9 stock motor with bolt ons and tuning. my stock b20vtec w intake/2'exhaust/untuned, ran low-mid 13s all day with 173whp. civicboy176 ran 12.7s all day with his stock untuned b20vtec setup.
