pur evil, you're god damn right. stephen harper is a f*** bag, and doesnt know what hes doing. yes i agree with the cops, but only to a certain extent. bust the people street racing.... but ONLY the people street racing. that means cases with concrete evidence... not finding a car with a decal and a cold air intake and sending the guy to court, and smashing his car. we really do need somewhere to race our cars. its not just a hobby... to some of us, its a lifestyle, back in high school, i even dropped out for a full year to build up my car. and now im being told i cant drive it without risking being busted because it "looks fast". i think the idea of using the old air base is an awsome idea. keep getting petitions signed. write up a proposal, and pitch it to city hall. it worked in my town with a skatepark. im pretty sure if a bunch of 13 year olds in a farm town can get a $100,000 skatepark,..... then a MASSIVE bunch of automotive enthusiasts can convince a major city council to consider building a drag strip. its just a larger scale. its about time we step up.. if the government can, then so can we. even if you dont use the base..im pretty sure theres somewhere in the gta that you can pave 2 lanes on. obviously none of these cops have any sympathy for the common racing enthusiast. so lets stay out of the way.....off public streets
