What I meant was that we squeeled the tires a bit but then decided not to race him but when we passed him on the left lane he stopped Us and said that we were trying to "race" him but we only got a fine for the illegal green light take off. Mean while he did burnout trying to get us to race him.

To the question if pigs are allowed to open your hood...the answer is no ... the only why they are allowed to is if they have a warrant or there is something mechanicaly wrong and creates a hassard to other cars and pedestrians.. u see alot of "racers" popin there hoods to cops mainly because they were intimadated by them.. dont lets pigs get away with anything... understand the rules and keep by them

no no ...one cop asked me to pop my hood, i said "no , im late got to go"
i was in a bad mood ...anywaz long story short he came to my car and said "got to go, on another call" and gave me my back...they can't pop it unless MTO is with them ......they don't no and even if they do...and give you tickets for under your hood, they will be droped in court b/c they are not suppose to pop it unless warrant or mto like stated....as you could see i looked into this and ive been through this ahahhaha

but yea true they could try to you up in different ways, but thats your call... what you want to do and think they are gunna do...

My car didnt originally come with an inside hood release, the release was under the frt edge of the hood. I converted it to inside release an its tucked up under the dash next to the strg column. 3 times I,ve been asked to open the hood . I just played the dummmmmazz like I couldnt get it open . Got called an idiot , an , and told to get the off the streets , but no tickets..77.

Hood locks....and pretend not to carry the key.......works for quite a few classic car owners I know. "Oh sorry I can't seem to find the key for the hoodlocks, it was right here in the glove compartment, but I must've left it on the work bench when I was changing the oil". Works every time, what can they say? Go home and get your key and come back.?

I think L L meant on older cars with the hood pins sticking up thru the hood , you can get ones that have like a dzuz type key lock on them.Or sometimes a small padlock instead of a lock pin..77.

ive noticed alot of undercover cars have no hubcaps, police rims are easy to spot, all black, with a silver spoke on the inside, also a really small cb radio antenna on the back window, and speakin of windows, their usually tinted so u cant see the in the uniform behind them.
