www.us.sorbs.net ????
So I go to send an email today to Brent, and I find out this us.sorbs.net has blocked an entire range of IP addresses from sending email out and I'm in that range. It looks like it's some self proclaimed "Spam Stopping" website that literally has the ability to block any IP address, and it totally cripples and paralyzes your ability to send an email out. I can't send email out AT ALL. They blocked 68.33.0.1 to 68.63.0.1 because they're dynamic IP addresses using LANs, Cable, DNS, "56k," and they said that to continue sending email I need to send it through my ISP's servers. WTF? Who ******* gave them the ******* right to block my god **** IP address just because they ******* feel like it? Do I spam? No. Have I ever? No. Am I pissed? GOD **** STRAIGHT I AM!
Has anyone else experienced this problem yet? You won't unless you have your own site and send email through your website's servers... those that use their ISP servers are safe it seems.

Turns out, Host Gator (the hosting service I use) decided to use sorb's MX Blacklist to check against known spammers. In doing so, my IP is on this dynamic block list. From what I've read thus far, most services that send mail are recommended to check MX blacklists, there's like 147 popular ones... SORB is just one of them. They say they're working on it, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Well, comcast is known for having a lot of spammers and abusers on their system, so most services automatically block comcast IPs and/or hostnames. But, in any case it was fixed by midnight.
