Shoulda gone the other way...where it was plowed...but w.e. It happened. I know how i drove. And I drove how I should have..The accident as I see it wasnt my fault. And As The Police Said..The Weather was ed..If IT was a dry day..the accident wouldnt have happened. by the way..the winters that I considered ..where new...now think..new winter tires..front wheel drive..slowing down..all of a sudden sliding...gain full controll...try to continue on..someone bumps..sends car spinning out of controll..since your mr perfect driver..what would you have done?

So traffic ahead of you wasn't losing control. They were pulling away from you.

Again, everything comes down to you losing control in the first place. Driver error on you part. The traffic in front of you that you say was pulling away from you didn;t spin out. They were driving on the same road as you just scant seconds before, so that means the road was passable.

The car behind you that hit you as you recovered control? Maybe more driver error on his part, or maybe unavoidable given that you had just lost control ib front of him, or both.

If I had encountered the same and spun out as a result, it would be driver error on my part. On the other hand, if I was travelling at an appropriate speed to begin with, likely nothing would have happened.

Driver error. Failing to drive according to road conditions. You've already demonstrated that you have a problem with that.

On highway 7...Booked It thru side streets..was doin 150in a 50 zone...cop got me on radar n pulled out...backroads are fun..this was in the boonies at night..so turning off my lights worked.

So many people overrate their driving abilities.

And, snow falling down from the sky accompanied by winds is a blizzard. You should be able to see that through your windshield and know it will have an effect on making roads sippery, WITHOUT having to have someone tell you.

Most people learn that way way back in pedestrian school, long before they ever set foot in a car.

The sad part is, many people who drive like idiots don't even realize they're driving like idiots, even after they've had an accident as a result.

You Obviously dont know what it means to spend a ton of money on your car. And you obviously dont understand the fact that maybe happens that driver cannot controll. I Had a ing civic..it explains everything. Head to a junk yard..n check out the average age of the owners of them..Not Always driver error.

Its Like the insurance saying its my fault due to the fact im young and it was a civic. You categorize. 2 witnesses who know what happened..compared to a buncha heads in an office who dont..the cop that was there..n saw the placement of the cars...or someones opinion...I would have to have been doing 100...for the damage done to my car...buddie who hit me..didnt even touch the brakes..had maybe 200 meters to slow down or stop..I thikn i mentioned in an earlier post..my rear bumper flew off about 20 meters...least thats where we found it..I stopped dead in my tracks with my car still running..the dude who hit me...after hittin my car full impact...slid about 20-25 meters away...now tell me he wasnt speeding.

I have spent tons of money and time on cars. Still do, but that has no bearing on who is at fault if I have an accident. Ditto for you.

The civic says nothing. Many older people drive them too, yet their accident rate per mile driven is 1/6 or less that of teen male drivers.

The problem is not the car sonny boy....

The FACT that traffic ahead of you was able to navigate the slippery roads put the onus on you to explain why you could not. In absence of mechanical breakdown not caused by negligent maintenance, and in the absence of someone else hitting your car to cause your first loss of control, the only thing left is driver error.

Gas Tank Got Ripped Off etc etc..If You like I Can show you a pic. By The Way... Car Couldnt hit 80 in weather like that..in snow..just wouldnt accel...accident happened bout 60km/h..I figure..since I had shifted into 4th gear a min b4 the crash..had clutch in..slowly pressed brakes..slid...*POS* Now if I was speeding..which I wish I Did..I would have ended up over the curb..n still have a car.

I Wish Speed Was An Error..Since Then The Car Would only have needed realignment. Too bad..shoulda speed up..not tried to drive the road conditions. O well..to late now.
