Matt, sorry but i was really pissed off last night. it's BS trying to do something productive and getting flamed for it, now these are the answers i was looking for...

to anyone who doesnt know, i have LTs, ORY, dumped bullet, Nittos, a tune, hurst shifter, and a bunch of other stupid crap that wont do ****. all stock suspension. (matt, the other owner had that crap on here but took it off to sell it)

Joe, i understand what you are saying about the power and bogging issue, i think next time i go, i will try around 18 psi or so, play with that, and then practice the launches around 2,500 give or take a bit and see what works best. also i was shifting around 5,500 mostly, however stock tach.lol. that was one thign my dad and i were tlaking about after we left, but i never really played with it to test the differences.

Jim, if you dont mind me asking what were you pulling for 60's and how were your ETs and traps?

60' depends on the weather, cooler out 1.7s, warmer/hot 1.9s 1/4, 13's @ 104

Last MFBA track day with 1-2 slippage in the tranny and bouncing off the rev limiter with 105 air temp, 125 track temp still went 60's 2.0x 1/4 @14.0X, That is from memory, no slips in front of me. Once I get the new tranny and my 3000 stall in, we will see how much better she does. The only thing is mine is an auto, now I do stall it up and let her launch, run in drive. I also have a Caddy cam.....(Baby stock sounding) and make my power mid to higher rpm range but still isn't much over stock, I can sust rev slightly higher than stock without the "dead" rpm range.

Spend the three hundo and buy the UMI stuff. It really is top notch parts. Or spend a few bucks more and get the adjustable and lca reloc. brackets. That way you can preload your suspension and get out of the hole good. One thing also I would try is not getting your rpm up so high with what you have currently coming off the line. Ease more into it and not bogging it down, get her moving and then nail the throttle. I bet that alone would pick it up some.

hey thanks for the info joe...5500 to shift. i have noticed before that at 4500-5000 if i shift it early like that it seems to pull harder the next gear...

ive always wondered the best way to shift...redline or some other rpm. i would try to go to the track, but its so crowded with so many damn ricers that they have to all go before domestics can go again. seriously they are wasting track time and they should not let them in.

If you want to use lca relocation brackets, you will need these
http://www.umiperformance.com/201621.aspx
That will give you the most flexability for adjustment. I have the non adjust ones, I wasn't going to lower my car or get crazy with it.
