Dude u got ur self an awsome fawkin deal on that.. that engine definately has vtec, its just that whoever owned it b4 shaved the VTEC on the valve cover.. Good Find homie

no offence, but you shouldnt be allowed to have a typeR if you didnt even know if it had vtec, OR the fact that its a typeR! sigh.... but anyways, good find.
