it depends from place to place, your best bet would be to call shops and get quotes or you can always save some money and do it yourself

well trust me its better if you do it yourself. Sometimes i hate the headaches of fixing peoples butchery wiring after they have had it installed. I have to admit there are places that are good at what they do but i have been the poor guy to fix them up aswell. An engine swap is not a hard task and i don;t know why so many people are discouraged by but its easier then many other jobs. You will need the right tools but don't let it discourage you! If you are mechanically inclided it usually turns out for the majority.

I like your choice with the b18b. Gives you alot more power and torque over the stock motor and lots of room for improvement. Throw a b16 head on it and you can easily make ~190whp N/A. Throw a turbo on the LS/vtec using OEM components and low to moderate boost and make double roughly 230 whp. And it'll cost you roughly the same as what a stock b16 would cost you.

You'll need an LS bottom end, b16 head, and to make things easy a golden eagle ls/vtec kit. Then from there drill the head to take the ls dowels, drop the head on and your pretty much good to go.
