What are the ways to make a legal motor swap so I can smog it etc.?? (SI engine

into a civic hatch)? I have a 98 civic hatchback and I want to put the SI B16 engine into it. Afterwards, will it be legal for me to go to any smog place and get it smogged without problems? If not, what do I need to make it do to make it legal .. please add any additional information you might think is necessary!! thanks people.

The swap is easy and as long as you use the computer from the SI and the wiring harness there shouldn't be any problems with going through the smog test.
