Spacers to lift the back end a tiny bit?

I have 17 inch rims on my civic and i like the look of a little bit thicker tires in the back than in the front. Unfortunatly, this is leading to my tires rubbing sometimes. Is something like this a good fix?:

and like i said i want thicker ones in the back
