Spacers to lift the back end a tiny bit?

I have 17 inch rims on my civic and i like the look of a little bit thicker tires in the back than in the front. Unfortunatly, this is leading to my tires rubbing sometimes. Is something like this a good fix?:

put a lower profile tire.or just get monroe struts they are durable.i had a 94 civic 4dr wit 17's they never rubbed

where is it rubbing? you can always cut your fender walls or roll them
