Change your intake, put in an aftermarket high flow air-filter.(Stock Air Filters restrict airflow) Install a high performance catalytic converter and low restriction muffler, Nitrous System, Larger Set of Wheels, (Rims) and Low Profile tires. I recommend Toyo. And Slap a turbo on the sucker and watch it fly.

there are a lot things to add to your civic, but how much are willing to spend, and why would u want to spend on trying to make a FOUR cylender fast.(its not worth it). granted there are a couple fast ones out there but even still they prabably spent a few thousands if not more. If you are trying to go fast, build it only for the LEGAL strips. Some of us out there want to stay alive while we are trying to get work or home.

Lighten the load. Replace the metal hood with carbon fiber. If it has air conditioning, take it out. You can take out the back seat and anything else non-vital to operation. Get it lowered and/or get a body kit, basically anything that can cut wind resistance. You could also do an engine swap for more hps. Don't forget the new turbo kit.
