2003 CRV Brakes- I'm satisfied
Wednesday I was coming home in the rain, and saw a big buck up on the
bank to my left. I took my foot off the gas, anticipating what this
deer might do. He jumped out in front of the car at the last moment.
I put the brakes on hard, just knowing that guy would be coming
bouncing across the hood in an instant. This massive ten pointer's
rump bounced off the right front bumper and kept on getting it. The
bumper, head light and right fender are all liined up wrong now, as I
imagine a bunch of clips are broken. We'll get the repair estimate
this afternoon. But, considering the wet roads and all, I'd say my
Honda did pretty good.

That's good news. My brother was almost killed when he hit a deer in the
middle of the night. Unlike you, he did not see it and take his foot off
the gas pedal. Did you have anti-lock brakes?
