From what I've read in the forums, Mobil1 TriSynthetic wasn't very good,
which is what I was using. Also whatever they called it before that. But
there SuperSyn is suppose to be a lot better. Now that really brings a high
level of confidence to the table. I have 4 quarts of TriSyn left, and live
in the Omaha, NE area if anyone wants it, just let me know. I'm more
convinced than ever I won't be doing Mobil anything again.

Just convinces me that I'm right not to be using Mobil1 anymore. Seems like
a lot of people like Amsoil though.

Curious, is 10k miles the only recommendation or does your Owners Manual
list special operating conditions that warrant shorter oil services?

The manual recommends 5k for severe operating conditions. I also split
the difference and change mine every 7,500 using Mobil 1.
