Haha... nice kill. Love that feeling indeed. Just had one myself - idled off the light next to this Civic, I heard him go for it and I pulled him so hard he probably cried when he got home. Not that it was a fair match... I'm a bastard... but he started it

I try to respect all rides, some are just plain garbage, but even then I try to hide my smerking cuz ya never know the guys situation (no $$$, no other choice, no brains, etc..), I see it as "at least the guy is trying" - trying what? I dunno.
Imports n sport compacts are generally lighter vehicles than muscle cars n such. ANY engine with unlimited funds can be made to produce silly amounts of horsepower or torque. I could say ok, you got 350hp 240zx, well I got 534hp Camaro, lets go (just an example cuz I aint got 534hp), my point is that there is always someone faster, ALWAYS!
So 400hp integra and a a 400hp 90's camaro, is it an even match?, Integra is lighter but Camaro no doubt has a load more torque needed to pull that extra weight. There are always too many variables to calculate between 2 vehicles of different classes - just drive what ya got
Good Kill, he honked at you, he wanted to race you, he lost, be proud.
Sometimes excuses are B.S. from loosers and sometimes they're genuine reasons, if ya win - good, if ya loose - go home and tweak/rework/etc... and try again - always learn, never complain
But always have fun - as this race was.
