What sports bike should I start out with?

Hi.. I am getting ready to take the Motorcycle Safety Course on OCT 11 thru the 14th.. and was wondering once I get done with the course what is a good sports bike to get. Thanks

start off with a ninja 250 or 500 or suzuki gs500
