Help with amber ticket

I received a ticket for failing to stop at an amber light (after just finishing fighting another one ).
Question is; there are three errors, two of which aren't big but they add up. First, the location is wrong. The location of the "alleged" offense is a block away. The two smaller ones are my license number is incorrect and the model year of my vehicle is wrong.
If I take these to trial, will they have any validity? or is it better to plea down...????

Information on fatal errors can be found here: fatal errors.

It's not the year of your vehicle but the expiry year of your plate.

The other errors can be corrected in court. You'll have to fight it the old fashioned way. Step by step instructions to fight your ticket: www.ticketcombat.com.

The bright point is that if the officer made so many errors, you can argue it's likely he also made an error in judgment on whether you could have stopped on the amber.

If you cant safely stop for a amber light, are you suposed to go through it? I was under the assumption that it was ok as long as you couldnt safely stop.

It's section 144 (15) of the HTA:
Amber light

(15) Every driver approaching a traffic control signal showing a circular amber indication and facing the indication shall stop his or her vehicle if he or she can do so safely, otherwise he or she may proceed with caution.
The key is "proceed with caution" not speed up to clear the light.

Go after the officers credibility. They got all that wrong on one ticket. 'ticketcombat' has the right idea. Read that link he's posted too, good info there.
Good luck
