So I went to court today, instead of picking a trial date I decided to cut a deal with the procecuter.

My total fine is $280 and I get 5 months to pay it. No points taken off and no other suspension. Going for my G2 Road test in 2 weeks. I was only charged for driving under a suspension and driving with a G1, the rest of the charges were dropped and the fine for the first 2 charges were also lowered.

Thanks to all of those who gave advice. I just ended up going by myself and explained my situation. I suppose the cops making a note saying that I was really nice and that I understood my mistake and apologized was helpfull...

Sorry you had to wade through all the soap-box rants from the resident drama queens. It still amazes me that we have so many people here, who seem to live solely to preach to everyone about their sins and stupidity, in committing even the most elementary and harmless mistakes.

If speeding, driving with a G1, or making an improper left turn gets your blood boiling, and you feel the need to right such heinous wrongs, put on your tights and cape, and go fight some real crime. Otherwise, keep your whiny-a$$ed preaching to yourselves, and let people get some of the help they're asking for.
