SRT4 may make 20% more power but then again the eg is 20% lighter and looks better. We're comparing front wheel drives here ppl lighter is better unless u want more understeer

its all about personal choice. i thin kif you compare the owners of either car youll find the srt4 guys are equal *********** to the honda guys. most of them anyways, and i see that from lurking the forums. like a school of pirhana most of them are. it comes down to personal choice in the car. doyu want a car that you have to swap engines in to make ok power or do you want a car that a wastegate upgrade and a computer swap will make way more power in.

I know the 15 year old civics are a pos but atleast the pos was built. With a swap and some home made boost, its a pos that will pull away from you as you say f'n honda. Thats where the hate started, most of the u see in the gta is lowballing rice cannons and rusted 200 dollar brokeback oilburning D15b's. Hell ive seen a bunch of imports with mirrors kicked off in downtown underground parking mostly honda acuras but my buddys vw wasnt touched. You wont see this hate going the other way around would you

But, i rather rock an srt-4 over a boosted civic. I like the 4 door, more practical. But i also like honda build.
Insurance on a civic is killer as well.

Some companies told me flat out they won't insure 92-95 civics at all if you're under 25 because of all the possible mods which they probably won't know about. The whole street racing commotion will affect everyone.

hondas get a bad rap because alot of the guys who own them are ignorant pieces of . some are decent guys but most are just a bunch of *********** who need to go drown in a pool of ****. theyre hated as a whole because of it. its like racism in a way. for example, you see black crimes, shootings stabbings all that wonderful and people associate all blacks with it. same for the honda owners. theyre probably the most arrogant people youll ever meet. vw people in general are just full of themselves and the srt4 people, well you clal the car a neon and theyll gang up on you with a 300 page e thug post and rip you apart. go tot he srt forums and look for yourself. one guy got into an e fight with some neon douchebag and then half the board attacked him as a whole and i swear the post hit damn near 300 pages. all against 1 guy. its fuken pathetic how insecure some car people are.
