sascha my other option is the aem. i keep hearing great things baout it from everyone but again its not something thats been done too much. these cars are a pita the make work, its not like a honda or a mustang where everything is available.

as for axles, i blew apart an aftermarket axle, just a cheap replacement, the oen one i ran for about 3 years, it had no boot and i drove the car year round. even on the bottle and with burnouts it didnt wanna break. i only replaced it because it was missing a boot and i figured better safe than sorry.
also the driveshaft shop has a set of built axles ill end up ordering int he near future, wont have any issues with those, and then engineered is going to build me an lsd for the new tranny. so that should take care of everything

your buddies vr6 sounds pretty sweet, must have taken quite a bit of cash to get that monster to go where it has.

I also hear good things about AEM, I had a chance to help tune a K20 on ITB's, I found the software a little cumbersome, but it can do a lot.

You gotta pay to play, but really he didn't pay all to much to make the kinda power his is.

ill run anything i dont care, hell ill even run badassgn's brick, maybe i can get him to match me pound for pound, might have a better chance if i dont tell him im cheating, yeah uh, i was at only 8 pounds.....lol


oh and for the record the car doesnt work at 12 pounds of boost. it doesnt feel all too fast, i had her up to 15 a few times this year while working some of the bugs out and the car went like a raped ape. coldnt believe the way the car felt, and that was only 15 pounds pre tune, the car will be over 20 once it comes out

Im running a v6 3100. cai. and soon to be nos'd. also soon, full v6 headers, to hi-flo cat, then dual exhaust from cat back.

that should be done mostl likely by then end of the month, and nos by end of march, depending on overtime @ work, which i am posting from.. hahaha

in all honesty because you have an auto and a heavy car your car might run mid `14's with the 50 shot. assuming you can get the car to hook on the bottle and what not. my car on the stock motor with only timing adjustments ran a 13.9 with zero traction. should be interesting as im making a tb more power now which means a smidge less traction, lol
