This isn't going to happen till prolly May, My engine is in pieces, awaiting the machine shop.they will be fitting a Block Girdle and boring it out for the forged pistons I bought.
Should be done sometime in April.

nice, make sure you let me know when it happens, ill definatly come down there. if my car wasnt sitting in storage id have it apart now and id be upgrading things on it aswell. as its sitting im not sure if ill get around to everything i wanna do this year. i just wanna drive and enjoy the car and next year it might get the upgrades im holding onto that i dont do this time around. im honestly just getting sick of working on it. i had hundreds of hours invested in it lsat year, hell i had about 30 just getting the shifter to work with the different transmission, and i didnt really enjoy the car too much, but this year i want to be different

I'm hoping to be back on the road mid april, but it might be may for me aswell. I have my motor ready to pull, just waiting on some nicer weather to pick up my engine hoist and pull it. I love my set-up, I can have my motor out of the car in about 2 hrs. I'm basically doing an inspection of all the parts to see how everything's holding up, as well as a couple of lil changes from last years set-up. I also sent my turbo out for a rebuild, it had a lil more shaft play than I like. Should be a fun year.

nice, my motor came out in about 2.5 - 3 hours, taking my time and labelling evreything so it would go back where it came, putting it back in was a bit of a chore as i changed the shitty urethane mounts for solid steel ones and they were off by just a smidge and required some coaxing to make fit, lol.
