I've seen more stock (looking) SRT-4s running 16's then I've seen running 13's or even low 14's. Most of the posers that buy those cars can't drive... because they're posers...

Yeah if you don't know your , launching FWD car is tricky. Last front driver I had was a SAAB 900 SPG turbo and it was hard to hook it.

BTW: Why do JUDGEZ24 and B6T have the same sig? Same IP too? BAN!

You guys are hardcore!!!! All in good fun. I have a middle twelve second '83 Capri and have raced a couple of SRT-4's. I have had no trouble with most, but one young guy with what he called a "Stage 5" was nipping at my heels from the time he hooked up to about 120 mph. I am a Mopar man and the cars are fast if driven right so I have to give them a big thumbs up!

Yeah I thought that sig was pretty funny. Unfortunately, we'll never get to line those two cars up because I just sold the Fastiva. Now I just have the time-bomb rotary. It's kinda ironic, I was driving around in the RX-7 after the guy just came and picked up the Festiva, and a ****ing coolant seal or some blew. I don't know is that irony, or just rotaries being the pieces of that their claimed to be.

Actually they didn't give up on it, in the early 60's, NSU gave a few of the prototype engines to Toyo-Kogyo (Mazda) to develop apex seals that wouldn't chatter. After Mazda developed a sealing system that worked (chromed working surface, cast iron apex seals, etc), NSU used the rotary in their own cars, the Ro80 being one of them. The Germans had to get the Japanese to fix their problems. So what does that tell you... "LOL"...

and yet they still gave up on it :P even after using it in their own cars.

As for the Japanese, they're smart so that doesn't surprise me one bit that they found a solution
