my point is anyone can search for fast cars, but for searching for the fastest import cars and thats all you came up with, its pretty weak. 7.57 is the fastest one there. At Toronto motorsport you would not qualify with that. And thats in a 10.5" tire class. never mind an outlaw class like the imports in the video.

Titan CLEANED house last year in just about all ADRL events they showed at. What kind of Motor is it running, well nothing but a Toyota Supra 2jz. A straight 6 nonetheless!

i dive an imports i bet ur car will flip on the track u may think speed is a number 1 priority but it is also about grip i'll bring a 250 000 import (if i had the money)

Im all for people racing anything they want, racing is a lifestyle. Just because you have a 8 second mustang doesn't give you the right to rag on someone for racing a 13 or 14 second car. There has to be a starting point somewhere. You can have a fully prepped track car, trailor and all that you take for laps every weekend, or you can be a kid that throws another set of rubbers in the back of your daily, swap them when you get to the track and race all day... and then drive home. Racing is racing, plan and simple.
So don't point a finger at me stating my ignorance. Look at your fellow board members and Mods.

Are you Serious? For real? 25g's to go 13's in a supra. Buddy, get your head out of your ***. Put 25 grand into a supra and all your cute little mustang will be seeing is tail lights and sucking back on some exhaust fumes.

Also there isnt much of a weight break. Big Block cars must weigh 3,000 pounds and small blocks and V6's must weigh 2,700 pounds... then look at the difference in Cubic inches! The straight 6 has less then half the cubic capacity!
Fast is Fast buddy, no if and or buts! And if you cant see that or admit that, you're lost!

Most of those outlaw cars run more than one series. Not just ADRL In ADRL there is no weight minimum. They use the same car for each series. They can't lighten them up much
In most other series there is. And I have not seen that titan car or any import car for that matter be competitive in the other series where there are weight minimums.
From what I hear on some of the outlaw forums, that car is more than 1000 lbs lighter than the average V8 10.5 car.
Fast car yes but add 1000 lbs and it will slow by a full second.
I would like to see them try running an N/A class.
N/A record in pro stock IHRA is 6.38. No power adders at all.

Oh OK so your assuming because the titan team made some noise and they were in the left lane they won? if i understand you rite that is. so it's not possible that the other guy liked the right lane and requested it? i think you seen a video of an import that pulls some good times and let your imagination get the best of you.

again, some imports are fast but none are ever gonna be street legal and fast. look at some of the door slammer mustangs. they run cars that are street legal, and that do a 30 mile trip around town, so that means everything has to be working and tey have to be able to carry enough fuel to get around, not just a few liters in a cell. bottom line is, no matter how fast an import is, a domestic is always gonna be faster, theyve been around longer, and theres no replacement for displacement, especially when you add a pwoer adder. heres a bette example, go visit youtube and find some vids of the nelson racing cars. i dont have time now or i would, one of their cars, street legal, behaves very well, makes 2000 hp, and 1000 on low boost, and they drive it around town like its nothing at all. id like to see any import cruise around town with that much power
