I proved myself wrong, it was the only one that didn't break (and it was car and driver)

But the screaming yellow Corvette that his people brought for our little abusefest — boosted by twin turbos to 650 horsepower — was one of only two cars in the test that ran perfectly throughout the road and track portions of our program."
but at 650 hp it would not beat the zl1 especially if the camaro was tuned a bit the hp would be about the same

You don't think it'd beat a ZL1? ZL1's ran according to a Super Chevy(I think that's what it's called) magazine low 11's in the 1/4. They were comparing it to the '02 ZL1's. I have a video of the twin turbo 427 'Vette running mid 9's.
