Alright well we officially put the offer in around 4:00 this afternoon. (We would have done it yesterday but our mortgage lender wouldn't call us back and we needed the preapproval letter to put with the offer). So the offer went in at 4:00 and at 6:00 we got a call saying it was accepted. Needless to say my wife and I are really excited and can't wait to move in.

Yup I have to smell good and be able to cut people.

The Accord will be going before to long. After we close on the house I am going to by myself a nice daily driver. I was going to go buy something really nice but have decided to save that money for the 'Vette later on. Right now I am looking at Jeep Liberty Limited's.
