B16a ecu throwing codes. help!

B16a ecu throwing codes. help!
Just put the engine in and it runs like . the ecu flashes 7 times quickly, then 1 long and 4 quick, and then 2 long and 1 short. Anyone knows what the codes mean? It's a PR3. thanks.

Don't quote me but I think it is,

7 - throttle angle sensor
14 - EACV or IAC valve
21 - Vtec soleniod

make sure your tps and map sensor are plugged the right way as i have seen many times people have switched those 2 plugs , as they both are the same exact clips
