where is a good place to get a motor for a 90 civic dx 3-dr hatch?

this car is in fantastic shape in all aspects except for the engine and transmission. they both need work and possibly replaced. with my previous experience with honda i can say its a safe bet to spend the money on the repairs than go out and get into debt on a new car. it gets better mileage than any new american car in its class and its 18 years old. so if i need a new motor for this car where do i go for it ? i have found a few places online but would like some feedback on others experiences with this situation. a warranty is necessary as i am going with new rather than used.
