I have a court summon coming up involving speeding and unsafe lane change. When I go to court will the judge ask me if i plead guilty or not guilty? If i plead not guilty does the trial start right there or do I get another court date?

If you plead not guilty, the judge will most likely ask why, but guranteed you will get another date, best thing to do is consult a place the XCoppers.

Ok Thanks. What do I say to the judge when he asks why? lol That I beleive I was not over speeding?
