As for the TV the one I'm really looking at now is the LG 42LB5D. It's a 42" LCD HDTV 1080p screen It'll probably cost me just over $1,500 if I can find a good deal.

I find my budget for this pretty funny. When I first started looking I wasn't wanting to spend more than $1,300. I was going to buy a 32" LCD TV and the Wii and call it done.
I have since pushed my budget to $3,000. Now I'm looking at getting a 42" LCD screen(at the absolute smallest), a 360 Pro, a Wii, a new TV stand, and plenty of games.

Yeah but that's like saying I'm looking at buying a Corvette Z06 and you saying your dad has a Chevy Tracker and hates it just because they are both Chevy's. There's big differences inside the company itself. Is that one an LCD, does it have 10,000 to 1 contrast, is it the top of the line version of that size?

Well it doesn't matter what you talk about some people will like it and some people won't. That's why I don't take a whole of stock in what one person says, I try to look at the big picture.

So I went out and got a tv haha... I couldnt stand looking at my broken one anymore. I looked at a few, and most of the guys there recommended getting the Toshiba if I was gonna be gaming on it quite a bit, which is one of the primary reasons Im looking to get out of one. So I picked up this one:

And got it set up, I didnt even measure out if it was going to fit, but it was perfect! I cant wait til I get my 360 now.
