im considering a new civic coupe. however hondas are way too plain for me. the tiburon's styling is just incredible.

F-Bodies take plenty of abuse and come back for more. You try half the **** I'm sure you do to your Firechicken with a Honda Accord or that little Tiburon, and you'll be in the shop more often than on the road.

There was a sweet *** black 240 for sale in my town this summer. I really should have looked into howmuch it was. I just saw it everymorning going to work but never stoped. It sat lonely on a street corner in a parking lot. sighh haha.

Caleb, how much are you looking to spend?

Why not get a Cobalt SS (non s/c) there 171hp rated and there much much much better then a tiburon. Just a thought.

It would be more fun to just buy a cheaper daily and keep the f-body imo. It might be easier to handle the f-bodie's issues. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have my Eclipse. I'm just trying to finish the Camaro up so that even though I've lost almost the entire year of driving it, next year will be awesome. Have you looked at Scion TCs?

im considering something under 20,000. ive considered a Civic coupe, Scion tC, and Cobalt SS. theyre all nice, but the Tiburon's styling really stands out.
as of the last couple LSx posts...i might look out for a 2002 black WS6 with something like 20,000 miles. im sure thats right around 18-20k. still though, its used...1 more point for a tib.

Imo, Motor > Styling. Esp in a daily driver.
I'd want a honda motor over a hyundai POS anyday.
Just put it this way NoRice, if you have this many people against it, its not really an oppinion anymore, its a mass thought. Lol. Just please dont buy it because it 'looks pretty'.

k well i just got back from the dealer. im gonna get a silver tiburon. sunroof, infinity 440-watt 6 speaker system with 10" sub, 17" alloys, 5 speed.
the MSRP plus taxes and registration is around $22,500. with zero down and me alone financing, its $460 a month. screw that.
im going to have my friend fix my front bumper and fender for me, respray them both, buff out the whole car for $200. then after that my car will be in excellent condition and blue book private party for $9,000. i owe $7,000.
so im going to take the $2000 profit, get a personal loan for $20,000, then take my $22,000 to the dealer. and get my new car. with a $20,000 loan and my dad cosigning i should get a 6% rate for 72 months and pay $377 a month.
