I'm sure if you had a light enough car and a powerful enough all-moter 4 cylinder, you could pull a wheelie. It's more a question of how well the chassis is set up. Of course there's a difference between lifting the wheels from a launch and lifting the front wheels so much that you trip the 60' lights with your rear tires... I wonder which our 4 cylinder in question would be able to pull off

I guess that's why the guy I know made 850whp in his MR2 eh?
It's a white MR2 here in toronto... you might have seen a vid of it posted somewhere where he's on the 427 north by dundas, and he does a quick highway pull... and at that time he only had 520HP...
I was there for the dyno tuning of this monster @ 850 WHP (or about 1000 BHP whichever you like)...

There is a small Turbo shop in west end of the city somewere with a quick turbo MR2.
It can do wheelies no prob.
Crazy power as well.

I just don't think he knows what hes talking about.
I know the mr2 your talking about, its crazy seen at the shop aswell.
I dont think its gona do wheelies though.
Fredrick, come over and take my 240 for a boot. Out of all the 4cycl you have driven this will be either the top or up there in terms of tourque produced at the low end.

Actually he was picking his wheels with his old setup (aprrox 520 whp) already...

I use to see this little crapy fireo with 2.8 and cheater kit on it.
He come out hole hit the spray with little slicks on back wheelie frist gear drop front hit 2nd and wheelie again and that was like 250HP max lol.
Anyone rember the Vdub love van with 911 motor in it that use to do wheelies.

Never saw it drive.. but my buddy raced it in his E36 M3 and got the Zap's... lol!
