then alone, if you were to read to yourself what YOU just wrote you would (or should) come to the conclusion that there was something wrong.

okayy so 19 pages on this thread and what have we learned? nothing! haha classic TSR moment.

I prefer a bigger car even tho im not that tall. a V8 suits me just fine same with a v6...ive owned a car with all 3 engines, car weights ranging from a 2200lb MKI MR2 to a 3800lb stealth and I find bigger the better but too big... a Little extra weight doesnt hurt right?

and gas mileage...i know gas isnt the cheapest at the moment but if ur

Maybe in some books it is, but not mine. I know that there are alot of 4 banger doing low 7's and possibley into the 6's, but there is not one of them that are even close here in Canada. Also, there is not to many here that can build their own cars either. What I mean by that, is the hole car, including suspension, cage engine and trannies. Non of this run to some shop to get them to install or fabricate something for the car. Like I said before, poeple don't know how to think outside the box or magizine. In other words, they lack imagination. Unlike you , B6T, who has take a very unpopular car and turned it into something different. There is only a few others on this site that have built cars that aren't mainstream, the others here are just followers.

I know of a civic IN CANADA.. in ontario acctually.. not runnings 6s or 7s but u said no one was running even close to that here. but in fact a guy here in my city has an 8 second civic... and on a side note, anyone who spends 5gs on a computer and then another G on a video card and takes the bus to get around is a ragging homo.. yes V8s have their ups but they have their downs.. and yes 4s and 6s have their ups and downs aswell.. it all depends what kind of car and what kind of money u like to spend on gas, if ur ballin and u wanna drop 80$ every other day on a tank of gas to get to and from work then be my guest and do up a nice big 8 or 10 cylinder, Id love to have a car wif a nice big rumble from a V8 but id take my 4 banger integra over a V8 any day as i can go a week going to skool and work and back 5 days a week on one tank of gas... and thats my 2 cents

1998 Chevy Camaro Z28 5.7L V8 25-27 Highway MPG

1998 Acura Integra 31 Highway MPG

Big ing difference... to bad the Camaro puts out a wopload more power, looks better and responds better to mods. Yo mother! Oh sure you can poke alot of holes right now. but dont ing tell me that in general purporses V8s are ridiculously bad on fuel economy. They are not THAAAAAAAT bad get over it. Now of course this is a racing site and a V8 is better for speed cuz it's just plain out more powerful.

Hondas can blow me! They only got 1 advantage... they're light.

Dude, if you seriously believe that this is the mileage that you're gonna get, then you're dreaming.

LOL, that camaro might get 25 mpg, at 90 km/h, in 5th gear, downhill, drafting a semi. That's the only way you're going to get 25 mpg out of a 350 camaro. The V6 Camaro on the other hand, will likely get 25 -27 mpg.

First off its a 6spd manual. Sure those results are BS but they are from that US agency EPA or some such . So I would say the results for the teg and the Z28 are equally inflated. Several people driving midly do get mileage close to that, at least they claim to I don't see why they'd lie.

And whadya mean the V6 is just as fast? Several stock LS1 Z28s have ran 13.0

Anyways I of course realize a 4 banger is a much better choice for the commuter, but when people staret racing em thats when it just gets funny.
