Here's another one. Geez where do they come from...
Guy wants to port over his T-Mobile account to Cingular. We need his account number to port it over. He doesn't have it. I explain he can call to get it. His phone is broken. He can use our phones. He doesn't want to. Ok, that's not going anywhere. Period.
"Well, let's see the phones you have then."
I show him the Blackberry Pearl DUMMY PHONE since we don' thave it in stock til tomorrow. He replies "Cool! I'll take that one and you can port my number over from T-Mobile."
"Sir.. I still need your account number from T-Mobile to port and we don't have the phone in stock til tomorrow"
"This is terrible customer service!" And storms out.....

OMG, ok, this one deserves its own post. This happened as I was typing the other one. WOW! We have prices displayed WITH accessories. Customer asks me:
"Why is this phone 109?"
"It's actually 80, minus $50 mail in rebate. So it's 30 after the MIR."
"I don't get why I have to pay over 100 for this phone!!"
O_o...........Did she just not hear me at all???

haha sounds like you get a nice pack of tards in daily.. sounds like the TJ Lounge.. I hate when people complain over somthing that yourself as an employee cant help.. and then blame it on YOU.

I work at walgreens and i guess its a suprise to most people to be open on sunday so they will call and check..............

Had kind of a good one today..
Well, I come into the TJ Lounge today to find out that some restaurants in MN are having e-coli problems... So business was SUPER slow tonite... kidna good, kinda bad. Anyway, some lady comes to the drive through "Is your food okay to eat?"
....

Wanted to reply "nope, were just giving e-coli to everyone to get the biggest lawsuit ever!"... Why the **** would we be serving our food if it wasnt okay to eat?! Let alone say to a customer "No, our food is not safe for consumption, SUE US, SUE US!"
Some people, I tell ya.
