The dog was on a leash but apparently the guy didn't have a hold of it f'n dumbass. It didn't get up onto it all the way it scratched my hood and bumper on the way down. Then the guy expects the animal shelter to cover it, although I still got his name and number and thought about calling the cops over for a report. I hope it can be buffed out it looks like it probably can.. **** y is it so hard to keep cars nice.

i agree, i had a nightmare last night some chick was driving my camaro and kept hitting fences and stuff with it, then it was impounded and had 16,000$ worth of damage, in my dream i had to tell my dad, but he didnt get mad since we were getting 16 grand in insurance...i was still trippin out untill i woke up i was like, it was only a dream whoo. though this seems like its off topic, you know your an idiot when you crash cars through fences in a dream..

Here's one for you guys....
I have a customer, we'll call him Bert. Bert has a laptop that he bought through us, and a "Sprint" Sierra Wireless Aircard that he got through his provider.
Bert calls me one morning, frantically telling me his laptop is messed up, every time he plugs in the wireless card, the laptop locks up and forces him to remove the car and restart the PC. I have no appointments, so I tell him to bring it on in to my office, and I'll look at it for him.
Within ten minutes, Bert emerges from the elevator, briefcase in hand, and follows me to my workshop. He hands me the laptop and the adapter, then instructs me to turn on the laptop. I start it up, and everything appears to be fine. "Okay," he says, "now put in the card!" Without looking, I put the card in, and immediately, the system locks. "See! That's what happens! What is WRONG with this laptop you guys sold me??"
Something isn't right. I take a closer look at the wireless card... to find that the casing is cracked, the connector has gouges on it, and you can hear sand against plastic when you move the antenna back and forth. "Bert," I said, "this wireless card has been seriously damaged. Watch this."
I go to my stock shelf, and grab an old Linksys Ethernet PCMCIA card. I stick it into the laptop, and immediately, Windows detects it and starts looking for drivers. "It's not the laptop, Bert, this wireless card is ruined. What happened? It looked like it got stepped on, or run over by a vehicle or something." Bert denies any foul play. "Can you fix it?" he asks. I instruct him to return to Sprint and see if there is anything they can do for him.
$350 later, he's got a new wireless card that works JUST FINE. I later found out that he accidentally backed over it with his Durango. Well DUH.

ive got way too many. most of them are the types that call on sunday, i answer the phone, hey are you open today? or people call asking for tires, and i ask what size, they say they dont know, which is fine, so i ask what kind of vehicle, and they say THEY DONT KNOW!!!! or they say they know the size, and they say P14. yeah dude, thats not the size. so many people only have half of it like P205/15. why bother reading the tire size if youre only going to tell me half of it. this isnt a guessing game. someone actually told me one time 212/60/16. i insisted it didnt exist. she insisted i was a horrible customer service person. *CLICK*
