Lady calls into work with som networking problems.
Lady - "im having trouble hooking my laptop up to wireless"
Me - "okay do you have a wireless network in your home"
Lady "No i do not"
Me - "okay well the network may be encrypted, because its not your network"
Lady - "well we have a wireless network hooked up in our home"
Me - "..........ok."
Me - "have you tried just hooking it up to the internet wired?"
Lady - "No we haven't"
Me - "okay well try that and let me know if it works"
Lady "well it won't connect to the wireless and we tried just plugging it in wired"
Me - ".........alright......."
At this point i don't even know if this lady is listening to me.
Me - "well you can bring it in and we can take a look at it."
Lady - "well im out of town right now so its going to have to wait"
Me - "uh............ ok......."
i hang up.
wondering what the hell just happened.... did this lady just try to connect to HER wireless network while she was out of town?? and was she even listening.....

She probably didn't refresh the wireless when she was out there and was probably staring at the screen while she talked to you... People have done that where they stare at the phones in front of me, and I'll make comments like "You can also travel through time." And they're like.. "Oh ok." Makes you wonder huh?

haha i work for the geek squad too man, vista is a pain in my ***.
My printer doesn't work with vista = My computer is broken and the world is falling down around me and i just can't cope with technology anymore.
Haha our double agent went out to a house today, and the customer complained that his printer wasn't working correctly. well obviously thinking its a driver issue with vista, our DA goes out and expects it to be an easy fix.

turns out the customer had smashed his usb cable into the serial pins to try and get his printer to work.

holy ******* ****.. what a tard. Yeah I love people that call and say "yeah I have a D79X5200Z Hp printer"... "yeah... okay, and...?" like I really go home and memorize printer model numbers.
I just have to throw this in there... does anyone else want a punch someone in the neck when you see them walking around with a bluetooth headset? im sorry but I ******* hate how people think they are fasionable and wear them EVERYWHERE. I call them robocops and kick thier ********* out thier ***.

damn bluetooth...to anyone who has one, if youre talking to someone and then your bluetooth comes on, LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!! so many customers talk to me and their phone at the same time and damn is it annoying cuz you cant tell who theyre talking too.
bluetooth, razors, and MP3 players are really annoying me. i dont have a one of those new fads and im still cool. why does everyone else insist on having them? sometimes all in one unit. lol.
